Every price shown on this site is in UAE Dirhams and is inclusive of 5% VAT. Each product page also shows the price excluding VAT so you can check it against a purchase order.

We take care to price accurately, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before processing the order rather than simply cancelling it, and you may confirm at the corrected price or walk away with no obligation.

A written quotation is valid for 14 days from its date unless it says otherwise. Prices on the site may change at any time before an order is placed.

Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. Your order reference is confirmation that we received it. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and its payment arrangement with you.

We may decline an order where the item is no longer available, the price was wrong, we cannot verify the buyer, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline, you pay nothing.

Stock shown on the site reflects our records at the time you look. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation we will tell you and offer an alternative, a lead time, or a cancellation.

Orders placed on this site are recorded as awaiting payment and our team contacts you to arrange it — by bank transfer, by card, or against approved trade-account terms. Goods remain our property until payment clears in full.

Approved trade accounts are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. We may suspend deliveries on an account that is overdue.

Free delivery

Orders of AED 1,000 and above are delivered free anywhere in the UAE. Below that, delivery is quoted with your order confirmation.

Dispatch

In-stock items normally leave us within 1–2 business days of a confirmed order. Items not in stock are quoted with a lead time before you commit.

Where we deliver

Across the UAE, and to the wider GCC by arrangement. GCC deliveries may attract duties or clearance charges, which are the buyer's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

On arrival

Please check the goods before signing. Visible damage or a short delivery must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to us within 48 hours.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as customs, carrier disruption or manufacturer shortages, but we will keep you informed and you may cancel an unshipped order that has become badly delayed.

Everything we supply is genuine stock carrying the manufacturer’s warranty. Your rights to return faulty or incorrect goods, and the conditions for returning goods you simply no longer want, are set out in full on the Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

You may browse, search and order. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malicious content. We may block access where we see abuse.

Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. Product images and specifications are provided by manufacturers and are indicative; where an exact specification matters, ask us to confirm it in writing before ordering.

We stand behind what we sell. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather resolve a problem by talking — please contact us first.
